Truly, nothing compares to hearing from God and knowing God through His word and to talking to Him through prayer. Nothing compares to the silent hours of the early morning I spend with Him, eating breakfast with my Bible, my honey, opened by my side. Nothing compares to the moments I know He is there. Nothing compares to the moments He make me still and complete in His presence.

So true. I remember the first time I heard this blessed truth. I was washing the dishes while listening to Ptr. Ed Lapiz’ message. We were going through a very tough family problem that would one day mold my life and bring me and my family closer to God. Before, I only thought that problem will break us. But when I heard this, I realized it was never meant to. I was shocked to realize that He meant us to survive that problem. He knew we can handle it. I was really touch to know He has enough faith and trust in us that we can handle that problem. Today, whenever I have problems, this reminds me that I will get through with it, that these problems are meant to make me shine and stronger. Thank God for His grace. Thank God that He reveals to us things like this.
